Terms of Service

1. Booking and payment

Nothing is charged when you book. Each shoot is paid at delivery: you can view your media in your portal right away, and downloads unlock once payment is complete. Prices are locked at the time of booking. Promotions are honored through their stated end date and can't be combined with other offers or Phorvi Credit bonuses unless stated.

2. Home size

Pricing is based on the home's square footage as provided at booking. If the home is meaningfully larger than the size booked, the price is adjusted to the correct size before delivery. Homes over 7,000 sq ft, land and multi-unit properties are quoted personally.

3. Travel

Travel is free in the San Fernando Valley and within 25 miles of North Hollywood. Farther shoots: 25–40 miles $35, 40–60 miles $50, 60–80 miles $75, 80–105 miles $100. Beyond 105 miles is quoted personally before booking. Distance is measured by driving route from North Hollywood.

4. Rescheduling and cancellation

Rescheduling or cancelling with at least 24 hours' notice is free. Changes with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged $50. The team does not shoot in the rain; rain days are rescheduled at no charge. Shoot days are Monday to Friday. Real twilight shoots are scheduled with the team directly.

5. Access and property readiness

You are responsible for access to the property (in person, or a working lockbox code provided at booking), for the owner's permission to photograph and film the property and to fly a drone over it, and for securing valuables and pets. Homes are photographed as they are presented; preparing the home is your responsibility. If the team can't access the property, the team waits 15 minutes; a return trip is $50. If the property isn't ready and the team waits more than 15 minutes, a waiting fee of $50 per additional 30 minutes may apply.

6. Drone

Drone photos and video are flown by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot when airspace authorization, weather and safety allow. Drone is included in the Phorvi Package, so if it can't fly, the package price doesn't change and it can't be swapped for another service.

7. What's included and delivery

Packages include 1 virtual twilight photo and a 2D floor plan. The Phorvi Package listing video is delivered in one format, horizontal or vertical, chosen at booking. Both formats are available as an add-on, priced by home size; each format, including drone, is shot separately. Photos, video and floor plan are delivered to your portal the next day. Larger projects and some add-ons may take longer, and you'll know before the shoot.

8. Editing and disclosure

Photos are professionally edited to look their best while staying true to the property. Additional edits, such as object removal, virtual staging or virtual twilight, are done at your request. You are responsible for how edited and virtually staged images are used and for any disclosures required by law or by your MLS, including California's disclosure rules for digitally altered listing images. Phorvi is not responsible for how edited media represents a property once delivered.

9. Revisions

Agent brand films include 2 rounds of revisions; reels include 1. A round is one combined list of changes, sent together within 7 days of delivery. Additional rounds, or changes outside the original script or plan, are $150 per round.

10. Satisfaction and refunds

Payments are not refunded once a shoot has taken place. If something is missed or falls short of Phorvi's standard, contact the team within 7 days of delivery and it will be re-edited or reshot at no charge.

11. Phorvi Credit

Phorvi Credit can be purchased at checkout: add $1,000 and get $1,100, add $2,000 and get $2,300, or add $5,000 and get $6,000. Credit never expires and applies to any Phorvi service. Credit is non-refundable except where required by law, non-transferable, and can't be exchanged for cash. Credit purchased as a guest is attached to the account with the same email; signing in is required to use it.

12. Monthly reels

Monthly reels are a month-to-month subscription billed at the start of each billing period until canceled. Each period includes 4 reels from one filming session. Reels not used in a period roll over to the next period only, then expire. You may cancel anytime before your next billing date by email or through your portal; cancellation stops future billing, and the current period remains active until it ends. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.

13. Construction coverage

Construction coverage can be booked phase by phase or as a full build.

Phase by phase: the lot and grading visit is $275, each milestone visit is $550, and each additional framing floor is $275. The luxury property shoot at completion is optional: $2,500 for homes up to 5,000 sq ft and $4,500 for homes over 5,000 sq ft. Each visit is due at delivery.

Full build: every phase is committed at the start, including the luxury property shoot, at reduced rates: the lot and grading visit is complimentary, each milestone visit is $495, each additional framing floor is $250, and the luxury property shoot is $2,250 for homes up to 5,000 sq ft or $4,050 over 5,000 sq ft. 50% of the estimated total is due at sign-on and the balance at final delivery. If a full build is canceled, completed visits are billed at phase-by-phase rates and any remaining balance paid is refunded.

Each milestone visit includes 25–40 edited photos, drone photos and a 30–60 second progress clip, delivered the next day. The luxury property shoot includes interior and detail photography, cinematic video, drone photo and video, twilight, and a build recap film. Progress reels are $295 per milestone and include 1 round of revisions. Visits are scheduled by construction milestone with 3–5 days' notice, or 48 hours for pour day. Visit changes require 24 hours' notice. Weather or site delays reschedule at no charge. The client is responsible for site access and for informing the team of any safety requirements. The team does not enter active work zones and may reschedule a visit at no charge if the site is unsafe.

14. Ownership and use of media

Phorvi owns the copyright to all media it creates. Once paid, you receive a license to use the media to market the property you booked it for, on any platform, for as long as you need. Media may not be sold, transferred or given to other agents, builders, stagers or third parties without Phorvi's written permission. Phorvi may use the media in its portfolio and marketing without showing the property address.

15. Liability

Phorvi's total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Phorvi is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, access issues, airspace restrictions or other events outside its control.

16. Disputes

If a concern comes up, contact the team first at info@phorvi.com; most issues are resolved directly. If a dispute can't be resolved within 30 days, it will be settled by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under California law.

17. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version that applies to a booking is the version shown when that booking was made.
