Phorvi Real Estate Media ("Phorvi") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected when you use phorvi.com and booking.phorvi.com, and how it is used.
1. Information collected
Name, email, phone number, brokerage, property address and access details (such as lockbox codes), booking details and notes, and payment information. Payments are processed by Square; Phorvi does not store full card numbers. Basic technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) may be collected to keep the site working and secure.
2. How it is used
To schedule and complete shoots, deliver media through your portal, process payments and Phorvi Credit, send booking confirmations and updates, provide support, and improve the service.
3. Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers needed to run the business (such as payment processing, hosting, email and the editing team), and only for that purpose, or when required by law. Phorvi does not sell or share personal information for advertising.
4. Access details
Lockbox codes and access instructions are used only for the scheduled shoot and are not shared outside the team working on it.
5. Retention
Information is kept as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, keep business records and meet legal obligations.
6. Your choices and California rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you will not be treated differently for making a request. To make a request, email info@phorvi.com.
7. Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated; the date above shows the latest version.
